Sugar Free Pecan Pie Recipe

The holidays are a time when many people feast on delicious dishes and indulgent desserts. If you are on a sugar restricted diet, you don't have to feel deprived come holiday time. 1 cup pecans, halved
3 eggs
5 tsp sugar substitute
1 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
Ready-made pie crust

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the eggs and the sugar substitute. Then, add the melted butter and syrup. Gently add the pecans. Pour the filling into the pie crust and cover the edges with foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil from the edges and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Cool before serving. Serves 8.
